WWE produced one of its biggest surprises with not one but two World Heavyweight title changes on SummerSlam Night One.
Call it one of the mothers of all swerves in a business known for fooling fans. SummerSlam Night One for WWE took place at MetLife Stadium. It looked to everyone in attendance that CM Punk was finally going to have reached the mountaintop and become a world heavyweight champion for the sports juggernaut. Not so fast, Phil Brooks. Seth Rollins, believed to having suffered a significant leg injury in weeks prior, came out to ruin the celebration. He not only ruined it he wrecked. Rollins cashed in his "Money in the Bank" briefcase/contract, pummeled Punk and left with the championship.
