Addi Carbone and Evie Dalkie both won two events and were part of two winning relays for the Dover High School swim team on Saturday.
DURHAM - Addi Carbone and Evie Dalkie both won two events and were part of two winning relays for the Dover High School swim team in an eight-team meet on Saturday, Jan. 10 at the University of New Hampshire.
Other participating schools included Coe-Brown, Oyster River, Exeter, Newmarket, Timberlane, Winnacunnet and Portsmouth Christian.
Dalkie won the 200 IM (2 minutes, 27.73 seconds) and 100 free (55.64), and Carbone won the 50 free (27.78) and 500 free (5:46.16).
Dalkie, Carbone, Kylee Basss and Milan Stender won the 400 free relay in 4:03.36. Dalkie, Carbone, Marylou Carroll and Abby Schlosser won the 200 medley relay (2:01.36); and Carroll, Kelsey Lessard, Liv Nivby, and Schlosser won the 200 free relay (1:55.2).
Carroll won the 100 fly (1:08.28), Lily Glode placed second in both the 200 IM (2:41.07) and 500 free (6:21.38), and Schlosser was second in the 100 free (1:03.79), and Stender was third in the 200 free (2:18.27).
In the boys competition, Dover's Max Winn won the 100 free (56.11), Edi Peto won the 500 free (5:30.5) and was second in the 100 breast (1:14.65), Andrew Houghton was second in both the 100 free (57.05) and 100 back (1:07.3), Jaden Lim was third in both the 200 free (2:24.95) and 100 back (1:14.01), Nikita Romanyuk was third in both the 50 free (25.60) and 100 fly (1:03.23) and Braden Gilbert was third in the 200 IM (2:36.25).
For Winnacunnet, McKinley Fowler was second in diving (155.4 points) and Elle Emery was third in the 200 IM (2:45.09).

DOVER - Miles Messier and Maddox Young both had two goals and one assist for Division II Somersworth/Coe-Brown (4-1) its win over Division I Portsmouth at Dover Ice Arena.
Patrick Norris, Ryan Toussaint and Dylan Clark all had one goal for the Bearcats. Clark and Hunter Rohr both had two assists, and Landon Midwood had one.
Somersworth goalie Colby Strum had 19 saves. Eden Shinkle and Ethan Dube both scored for Portsmouth, while Colin Mahoney, Owen Stevens and Gabe Ferreira all had one assist.

EXETER - Joey Roy scored the lone goal for Winnacunnet in its Division II loss at The Rinks at Exeter.

Mallory Enman had two assists for the Saints, while Hobbs, Elizabeth Pelletier and Jayelyn Somerset both had one. STA goalie Aryah Lilly had 23 saves.

Against Scarborough, Jon Buttrick (144 pounds), Foster Merrill (150), Karl Rhodes (157), Liam Wyman (165), and Seamus Berry (175) all won by pin, and Colby Raeside (132) won by tech fall.
Against Kennebunk, Owen Campbell (126) won by tech fall, and Jacob Brengolini (285) won by pin.

EXETER - Dover's Melo Berdecia first in the 1,000 (2:36.39) and Zach LeFebvre was first in the 3,000 (9:55.66) in an 11-team meet at Phillips Exeter Academy.
Dover placed third with 46 points, trailing Phillips Exeter (133) and Souhegan (59).
Dover's John Bellerose was second in the 600 (1:29.92), and Nils Anderson second in the 3,000 (9:57.2).
In the girls meet, Dover scored 74 points and placed second, trailing Phillips Exeter (79).
Norah O'Malley accumulated 23 points for the Green Wave, while Kathleen Lynch (22.5), Noelle Pelletier (11.5) and Lily Fiorenza (8) all shined.
