This Warriors trade idea makes absolutely no sense. Robert Williams is an intriguing Warriors trade target, but he is sadly not reliable enough.
Williams has played in a total of 61 games over the last three seasons. He is constantly injured. So is Matisse Thybulle. Thybulle is also one of the most one-dimensional players in the NBA. He is almost nothing on offense.
On top of Thybulle and Williams not even being interesting trade pieces, the Warriors are giving up way too much in this trade.

Moody is likely going to be the starting shooting guard for the Warriors next season. Buddy Hield was their best bench scorer. Even TJD, who had a disappointing sophomore campaign, is likely to play way more minutes healthy than Williams is next year.
