Darren Till and Luke Rockhold are definitely ready to fight each other.
On Saturday, Till and Rockhold face off in an eight-round boxing match for the Misfits bridgerweight title, in the main event of Misfits 22 in Manchester, England. On Thursday, the two took part in the pre-fight press conference and first faceoffs, and things went, expectedly, off the rails.
After a heated press conference, Till and Rockhold couldn’t even have a proper faceoff as security wouldn’t let them near each other, preventing an inevitable altercation. Instead, both men shouted insults at each other from several feet away, with Rockhold promising to “put Till down.”
The co-main event faceoff between Tony Ferguson and Salt Papi was much more reasonable, with neither man saying anything to the other. Meanwhile, the faceoff for the feature bout between Dillon Danis and Warren Spencer mostly featured Danis talking to Misfits owner KSI, trying to goad him into a fight.
