Take a look at the season-opening games in early September for each Bayside South soccer, field hockey and volleyball team.

The local high school fall sports season is just a few weeks away from kicking off, with practices beginning last week and games set to start on Sept. 5. And there will be plenty to look forward to in the Bayside South in sports like soccer, field hockey and volleyball.

Fall sports in 2024 saw some dominant teams during the Bayside Conference season, as teams earned Bayside South and Bayside Conference titles. A few Bayside South teams also made deep runs in the state playoffs, with soccer teams from Parkside and Mardela making it to the state title game, and Pocomoke Field Hockey winning yet another state title.

But before teams can start thinking about potential titles and playoff runs, they must first kick things off with their season openers, as they each hope to start their 2025 campaigns strongly.

Here are the first games of the upcoming season in the Bayside South for sports like soccer, field hockey and volleyball:

Boys Soccer

Sept. 5

Sept. 8

Sept. 5

Sept. 11

Field Hockey
