A scary injury forced the suspension of an NFL preseason game on Friday night, and more details have since emerged. Safety Morice Norris has been released from the hospital, according to a person familiar with the situation cited by the Associated Press.
The AP reports that Norris was released from an Atlanta hospital on Saturday and returned home. He then was at the team’s training facility with teammates on Sunday.
Morice Norris had previously posted to his Instagram story Saturday, reposting a Bible verse and providing a caption. He shared a screenshot of 1 Thessalonians 5:18 and wrote a caption, signaling he’s in good spirits.
“Amen Amen,” Norris said. “I’m all good man, don’t stress it. Appreciate all the check ins and love.”
