The TLC Tag Team Title Match at SummerSlam 2025 Night 2 was absolute mayhem—and it might’ve stolen the show if not for thelukewarm reception to the Wyatt Sicks' win.

Despite pulling off a wild, stunt-filled title defense, the champs were booed after the final bell. Not because the match was short. Because they’re just not over.

It all started with a proper nod to the pioneers of TLC: The Hardy Boyz and Dudley Boyz. Then the chaos began.

The Street Profits kicked things off, followed by #DIY, Motor City Machine Guns, Fraxiom (decked out in Fantastic Four gear), Andrade & Rey Fenix, and the champions, the Wyatt Sicks.

Right out the gate, the match went off the rails—in a good way. Tables shattered, ladders bent, and bodies flew. Andrade hit Uncle Howdy with a sunset flip powerbomb. Ciampa and Frazer went for a non-spot so crazy the crowd gasped before it even connected. DIY took a brutal dive through stacked tables.

And then, the women got involved. B-Fab, Candice LeRae, and Nikki Cross stormed in. LeRae took a ladder bump that looked like something out of a car crash.

More spots. More chaos. But in the end, the Wyatt Sicks climbed the ladder, snatched the belts—and got booed.

It was a hell of a match. Tight on time, yes, but rich in destruction. The problem? The champs didn’t connect. The Wyatts may need a new mouthpiece if they’re really going to get over. Perhaps someone to challenge Uncle Howdy for control of the family.

In any case, this match fits well in the history of TLC bouts.
