Kohli kicked off the new season with an unbeaten match-winning knock of 69 runs as RCB decimated SRH in the season opener. He made quality starts against CSK and RR in their next two games, but failed to convert the starts to big totals.
Earlier against GT, Kohli scored 81 runs in 44 balls as RCB comfortably chased down 206 runs. Whereas, against Delhi Capitals, Kohli remained unbeaten at 23 of 15 balls as RCB chased down a target of 76 runs by the seventh over.
In the previous match, Kohli opened the innings against Gujarat Titans. The former India captain got off to a good start but could not convert it into a bigger score as he was dismissed for 28 runs in 13 balls.
