Barcelona star Jules Koundé has revealed that he has made a conscious effort to aid new teammate Marcus Rashford’s settling-in period in Catalunya’s capital.
Frontman Rashford is of course currently working to integrate himself into his new surroundings in Hansi Flick’s Barcelona squad.
After putting pen to paper on the terms of a season-long loan deal last week, the Englishman has since made the trip to Asia with his new teammates.
Rashford was afforded his debut over the weekend, introduced off the bench during the Blaugrana’s friendly meeting with Vissel Kobe.
The 27-year-old will be expected to play his part today, too, when Barca lock horns with FC Seoul in South Korea.
Speaking in anticipation of Thursday’s outing, the aforementioned Jules Koundé, in turn, was asked how Rashford is settling with the club.
And the France international went on to explain:
“Marcus Rashford is happy. He feels more comfortable every day. He talks with everyone, and I help him because I also speak English.”
