Rodgers made the football world wait, signing a one-year, $13.6 million deal with the Steelers in early June. Following the completion of the contract, many pundits around the NFL had strong opinions of the decision, letting the world know how they felt about Rodgers.
One who spoke out firmly against the signing, was Steelers legend, four-time Super Bowl champion, Terry Bradshaw.
"That guy needs to stay in California. Go somewhere and chew on bark and whisper to the gods out there," Bradshaw said. Bradshaw also called the decision to bring in Rodgers a "joke" by the Steelers.

"Terry's a legend. He's an absolute legend. He won four Super Bowls. But Terry, like a lot of people, doesn't know me. So, he's got an idea of what he thinks about me based on what I've done, the documentary, what I've said, darkness retreat, whatever the hell you want to talk about," Rodgers said.
After his initial strong response, Rodgers went on to make somewhat of a peace offering to Bradshaw, saying he'd be open to getting to know the Hall of Fame QB.
"I'd love to get to know Terry on a deeper level if he's open to it. Maybe we can go chew some bark or whatever the hell he's talking about," Rodgers said.
