Forward Nick Woltemade was present amid ongoing alleged interest from Bayern Munich as German Cup winners VfB Stuttgart started pre-season training in Bavaria on Monday.

Stuttgart will train in Rottach-Egern until Saturday for the season they start on August 16 with the German Super Cup match against Bundesliga champions Bayern.

Woltemade, 23, helped Stuttgart win the Cup last season, earned his first two senior Germany caps in June, and was top scorer at the U21 Euros where Germany reached the final later that month.

He has a contract until 2028 but has reportedly told Stuttgart he would like to move on to Bayern. Stuttgart are said to have immediately rejected two Munich offers for him, the second in the region of €55 million ($64.6 million), including add-ons.

Stuttgart's training camp is just an hour's drive from Munich but it is not clear whether the proximity will lead to talks between the clubs. Stuttgart allegedly want at least €65 million for Woltemade.

Also present at the camp is Enzo Millot, who has been linked with a move to Atletico Madrid. Defender Dan-Axel Zagadou is meanwhile absent owing to knee problems.
