Army women's soccer faces challenging schedule, opening with home exhibition August 7

The Army women's soccer team will face four 2024 NCAA tourney participants for 2025 schedule. Air Force will visit Aug. 21 for home opener.

Army women's soccer will take on four schools that competed in the 2024 NCAA tournament.

The Black Knights will host Maine, Princeton and Boston University and travel to West Virginia.

Army will open its 40th season of action on Aug. 7 when Delaware visits for an exhibition. Army will travel to Providence on Aug. 14. The Black Knights open their 36th season of play in the Patriot League on Sept. 20, at American.

Last season (against 2025 foes), Army beat Manhattan, Central Connecticut, Providence, Air Force, American, Bucknell, Lehigh, Navy, Colgate and Navy again; the Black Knights bowed to Holy Cross; Loyola and Boston University twice.

The Patriot League preseason poll and all-stars are typically announced in early August.

Coach Tracy Chao has the return services of seven seniors, six juniors and nine sophomores, plus six incoming freshmen. Daisy West, a former James I. O'Neill High School standout, is a sophomore transfer from William and Mary.
