Milan director Tare warns Club Brugge: final offer for Jashari

Milan director Igli Tare says the Rossoneri have sent an improved bid for Ardon Jashari: ‘We consider it appropriate and we are not willing to go any further.’

Milan have sent an improved offer to Club Brugge for Jashari. Tare claims that it’s the final one the Rossoneri will make for the 22-year-old this summer.

“We have a good relationship with Club Brugge and have made a further offer for Jashari,” Tare told Gazzetta.

“We consider the offer important and appropriate to the player’s value. We are not willing to go any further.”

According to Gazzetta, Milan’s first offer was worth €32.5m plus €2m in add-ons, while the final bid is set at €33.5m plus bonuses to reach a €35m transfer package.

Jashari has already agreed to personal terms with Milan, and Tare said earlier this month that the Swiss international wanted to play for the Rossoneri this season.

Jashari has not been called up for Club Brugge’s league game against Genk today.

The same had happened last week when the Belgian side secured a 2-1 win over Union Saint-Gilloise in the Belgian Super Cup Final.

Club Brugge captain Hans Vanaken warned Milan last week that the asking price for Jashari was €40m, so it remains to be seen whether the Belgian side will accept the Rossoneri’s latest bid.
