Audi will unveil its 2026 Formula 1 livery in a Berlin launch event on Tuesday 20 January

The Audi Formula 1 team is set to become the fourth team to unveil its 2026 F1 livery during an event in Berlin on Tuesday 20 January. 

The German marque, which took over Sauber at the end of 2025, follows Red Bull, Racing Bulls and Haas in revealing its livery for the upcoming 2026 F1 season.

The launch event for the Audi 2026 livery comes after the squad unveiled the team kit for the upcoming season on 19 January. The adidas teamwear features a grey, red and white theme, providing a hint of what the livery could entail.

The 2026 season welcomes a wave of new regulations in F1, as well as the addition of Cadillac as an 11th team. The new regulations bring changes including a 50:50 split between internal combustion engine and electric power, smaller and lighter cars, and active aerodynamics.

Audi will continue with the Sauber driver line-up, Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto, under the leadership of team principal Jonathan Wheatley.

Sauber finished ninth in the 2025 F1 constructors’ championship with 70 points. In the drivers' championship, Hulkenberg placed 11th with 51 points and Bortoleto finished 19th with 19 points in his rookie season.
