Nick Foles had helpful advice for Broncos fans after Bo Nix injury – SB Nation
Broncos fans are now getting some advice from an unlikely source, but one that might have the best advice of all. Nick Foles. Foles, after all, would know. After taking over for the injured Carson Wentz during the closing stages of the 2017 NFL regular season, he led the Philadelphia Eagles to a win over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII.
Bobby Slowik is the Eagles’ latest offensive coordinator interview request – BGN
The Philadelphia Eagles have requested permission to interview Miami Dolphins senior passing game coordinator Bobby Slowik for their offensive coordinator opening, according to a report from NFL insider Adam Schefter.
A.J. Brown, offensive line, Jake Elliott: Top questions for the Eagles’ roster entering the offseason – The Athletic
Berman: It didn’t take a Ph. D. in body language to see something was off here. I’m down the middle on whether he’d be back, which is ridiculous to consider because he’s one of the best players in franchise history and will be 29 next season. It would behoove the Eagles to keep him, and my guess is they know as much. There’s too much made about financials and not enough made about the football. The Eagles have demonstrated they’re not afraid of dead money, especially if there’s cash savings that can be redistributed. The bigger issue is they’re an inferior passing offense without Brown. (I’ve heard pushback that he lost a step, had drops in the playoffs, and was a “distraction.” If your down year includes 78 catches for 1,003 yards and seven touchdowns in 15 games while commanding constant attention, I’d take it.) Unless they can redirect resources to acquire an in-his-prime wide receiver, I don’t think DeVonta Smith and an early draft pick would be sufficient. My guess is the Eagles hire an offensive coordinator who arrives with the earnest intention of rejuvenating the pass game, and the Eagles go all in on 2026 with the Brown-Smith combination. I don’t see how the Eagles can move on from him in what could be the last year of this offensive core. If Brown pushes to play elsewhere and the Eagles oblige, they could try to trade for a wide receiver with the resources acquired. A better bet would be selling Brown on the new coordinator.
Jihaad Campbell reflects on rookie season full of ups and downs – NBCSP
There were definitely some ups and downs, some adversity, for Jihaad Campbell in his rookie season. He acknowledged that at locker cleanout day. “But when you look back at it,” Campbell said, “the only thing that I can think about is just being grateful, being thankful for the opportunity that I earned throughout the season.” It was a bit of an unusual rookie season for Campbell. While most rookies tend to earn more playing time throughout their first seasons in the NFL, it was the opposite for Campbell through no fault of his own. Campbell, 21, began the season as a starting linebacker next to Zack Baun and showed real promise through the first six weeks of the season. But then Nakobe Dean came back, was inserted into the starting lineup and somehow played at an ever higher level than he did before tearing his patellar tendon in the 2024 playoffs. So Campbell went back to the bench. But he showed a real maturity through it all that he said comes from his parents. “I think it’s just all about controlling the things you can control and only that,” Campbell said. “I make sure that I come to this building every day with a smile on my face, with a mentality, a getting-to-work mentality, whatever it is. Having a neutral mindset of not getting too high or not getting too low. Just making sure that I’m coming in this building, I’m ready to work each and every day.”
Eagles’ mind-blowing stat reveals importance of 2026 NFL draft – NJ.com
Of those 14 “long-term starters” acquired in the first, second and third rounds of the draft since Sirianni’s arrival in 2021, 10 of them are on the defensive side of the ball. Offense: WR DeVonta Smith, OL Landon Dickerson, OL Cam Jurgens, OL Tyler Steen. Defense: DT Milton Williams, DT Jordan Davis, LB Nakobe Dean, DT Jalen Carter, EDGE Nolan Smith, CB Quinyon Mitchell, CB Cooper DeJean, EDGE Jalyx Hunt, LB Jihaad Campbell, S Drew Mukuba. For those curious, the only one of the 15 picks who didn’t pan out as a regular starter was safety Sydney Brown, who was selected in the third round of the 2023 draft. But that’s a pretty flawless hit rate — and it’s one that Roseman is going to have to keep up. Future Hall of Fame right tackle Lane Johnson might retire. Dickerson and Jurgens have dealt with injuries on the interior and saw their play suffer in 2025. If Brown is traded, you’ll need a top-tier wide receiver to pair with Smith. And Goedert could land a big deal elsewhere.
2026 NFL Mock Draft: Jets pivot to David Bailey at No. 2, Chiefs bolster their offense with Jeremiyah Love – PFF
Philadelphia Eagles: TE Kenyon Sadiq, Oregon. The Eagles could go in several directions. Assuming 31-year-old tight end Dallas Goedert leaves in free agency, Sadiq is one option. The Oregon pass catcher is generating noise as a potential top-10 pick and is likely to test very well this spring. His on-field production wasn’t incredible in 2025, leading to a 69.0 PFF overall grade, but there is a lot of athleticism to work with, which will make Sadiq a top target for many NFL teams.
Albert Breer’s NFL Takeaways: The Patriots Don’t Want to Be Called Cinderella – SI
Mike McDaniel has made the rounds, and if I had to guess, he’ll probably wind up as an offensive coordinator in the next week or so. I’ve heard Tampa Bay could be a good spot for him, and that, if he does a good job, he could be set up to be Todd Bowles’s eventual successor.
The Cowboys are interviewing defensive coaches who gave Dak Prescott fits this season – Blogging The Boys
The Arizona Cardinals lost 14 of their final 15 games, with their only win in that stretch coming against the Cowboys. Jonathan Gannon was the Cardinals’ head coach, but he was also the defensive playcaller. The Cowboys’ offense only scored 10 points against the Cardinals, their lowest offensive output of the season. It will be interesting to see who the Cowboys hire as their next defensive coordinator, but they definitely seem to have a type. If a defensive coach has given Brian Schottenheimer fits this past season, he remembers. And those coaches appear to be at the top of the list in the Cowboys’ coaching search.

Ex-NY Giants coach Brian Daboll interviewing for Eagles’ coordinator job – Big Blue View
Former New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll will interview for the Philadelphia Eagles’ vacant offensive coordinator job, per ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter. Daboll ending up with the Eagles and facing the team that fired him twice a year as mastermind of the Philadelphia offense would be an ironic twist to come out of this NFL hiring cycle. Daboll, 20-40-1 (.336 winning percentage) as Giants’ head coach, recently interviewed for the head-coaching vacancy with the Tennessee Titans. It is believed that Daboll could be sought after by a number of teams as an offensive coordinator before the hiring cycle concludes.
