Once known as the "Sea Gals," the "Seahawks Dancers" play a big entertainment role at Seattle home games.

The Seattle Seahawks will be the home team on Jan. 25 for the NFC championship game. The NFC West champs will have the backing of the 12th man and their cheerleaders on the sidelines for a game that will decide who goes to the Super Bowl. Known as the Sea Gals from 1976-2019, the troupe has been known since as the Seahawks Dancers. They are one of the reasons why Seattle has one of the biggest advantages in the league when playing home games. A look at the Seahawks cheerleaders through the years:
