Alabama basketball 2025-26 opponent preview: Oklahoma Sooners

Alabama and Oklahoma will meet Saturday afternoon in Norman for the first time as SEC opponents.

For the second time this week, the Alabama Crimson Tide are set to hit the road for SEC action, traveling to face the Oklahoma Sooners in Norman on Saturday afternoon.

An opponent with some familiar faces to Alabama, Oklahoma is a team which the Crimson Tide faced only once last season, which was a dominant 107-79 home win in Tuscaloosa.

The two teams now meet in Norman for the first time as SEC conference opponents, with road games in Lloyd Noble Center having not necessarily been kind to the Crimson Tide historically, last losing at Oklahoma back in 2023.

Here is a look at everything you need to know about Oklahoma ahead of Saturday's matchup in Norman.

Oklahoma Sooners 2025-26 team overview

Oklahoma comes into Saturday's matchup unranked sitting at 11-6 overall (1-3 SEC) this season. Currently riding a three-game losing streak, Oklahoma's lone SEC win came against Ole Miss.
