Lacking playing time at Sheffield United, Alex Matos could be on the move to Sweden. The 21-year-old midfielder is being closely tracked by AIK, who are currently in talks over a loan deal.
Signed last summer following his stint at Chelsea, Matos has featured in only eight Championship matches this season. Sheffield United appear open to a temporary departure. Despite interest from English clubs, AIK seem to be leading the race. An agreement could be reached swiftly.
