The 2025 LSU Football season has come to a close… thank God. However, the NFL Playoffs are still a week away, and as the playoff picture comes into view, our LSU alumni are still playing hard, for seeding or pride. Let’s break down the final week of 2025 here.
Cowboys 30 at Commanders 23
Desperately need a healthy Jayden in 2026. The other top quarterbacks in the 2024 draft class are having excellent seasons (and no disrespect to them) but it makes me depressed seeing our guy in street clothes.

Lions 10 at Vikings 23
Another quiet day from Justin Jefferson, just four catches for 30 yards. He will need 53 yards in Week 18 to continue his perfect streak of 1,000 yard seasons intact. Fortunately, he will be facing a Packers team likely resting starters.
Jay Ward had five tackles. Miles Frazier played two special teams snaps.

Kristian Fulton had three tackles and three pass breakups.

Texans 20 at Chargers 16
Derek Stingley Jr. had three tackles and a pass breakup. Danielle Hunter had four tackles including a sack. Damone Clark had two tackles and Donte Jackson had one. Ed Ingram and Austin Deculus blocked. The best defense in the NFL is officially playoff-bound.

Emery Jones played one snap. Resulted in a win, though!

Steelers 6 at Browns 13
Grant Delpit had eight tackles, including a sack and forced fumble that went right to a Steeler. Patrick Queen had five tackles.

Cardinals 14 at Bengals 37
Another week of Joe Burrow carving up another Cancun-bound team, but this time with a pair of TDs to our other favorite Bengal.
Joe went 24/31 for 305 yards, two TDs and no INTs. Ja’Marr Chase caught seven passes for 60 yards and both of those touchdowns.
Like I said last week, these highlights will get us through one of those boring missing football days in May, so we at least have that.
