In two games last weekend, Zimmerman made 66 saves.
He stopped 36 in a win over Churchville-Chili on Sunday. Then saved all 30 shots in a 2-0 shutout win over previously unbeaten Irondequoit.
Zimmerman has won all five starts and is number two in Section V for save percentage, and now can add Player of the Week to his resume.
