West Ham are looking to sign Wolves' striker Jørgen Strand Larsen, according to David Ornstein.
According to The Athletic reporter, the Hammers are seeking attacking reinforcements, but face competition from other clubs for the striker's signature.
The interest followed uncertainty over Niclas Füllkrug's future at the London Stadium as the German has been linked with a move to Milan.
Ornstein said, "West Ham express interest about signing Jorgen Strand Larsen from Wolves in January. West Ham looking at permanent move for 25yo amid talks for Niclas Fullkrug loan to AC Milan - but early stages + other clubs also considering the Wolves striker"
West Ham have relied on summer signing Callum Wilson to lead the line this season, while Jarrod Bowen and Crysencio Summerville have also filled in at regular intervals.
