Bills, Browns each rule out multiple key players for Week 16 matchup due to injuries

Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills do battle in Week 16 but injuries to David Njoku, Denzel Ward, Jordan Phillips, Matt Prater impact it

When the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills hit the field in Week 16, some key players from both sides will not be playing due to injuries. For the Browns, compared to the inactive list full of injured players who were ruled out due to injuries in Week 15, Week 16 is an improvement, but they need all the help they can get against a formidable Bills squad.

At the start of the week’s practices, 13 players were not practicing. On Thursday, things improved slightly for Cleveland. On Friday, Buffalo saw some key players return to practice, leading to each team ruling out a few key players for Sunday’s matchup.
