Here are the latest Greater Cincinnati girls basketball power ranking of the 2025-2026 season.
With another week of results to ponder, league and postseason contenders are starting to emerge. The rest of this month will provide additional clarity as a number of tournaments and showcases are on the horizon.
All stats and records are updated through Dec. 16. (Not including games of Dec. 17).

10. Mount Notre Dame Cougars
Record: 6-0
Last week: 10
Analysis: The Cougars are getting off to fast starts, taking double-digit halftime leads in each of their last three games. Against Beavercreek, sophomore forward Ava Simpson poured in 17 points to go with four rebounds, four assists and four steals.
This week: vs. Laurel at Purcell Marian (Dec. 20), vs. Carroll at Purcell Marian (Dec. 21)
9. Purcell Marian Cavaliers
Record: 4-1
Last week: 9
Analysis: Purcell Marian will face its toughest stretch of the season over the next two weeks as the Cavaliers welcome Africentric and Laurel to Hackberry Street before traveling to Miami for the Orange Bowl tournament. Last season, the Cavaliers went 1-3 in their lone in-season tournament, the Nike Tournament of Champions in Phoenix.

8. Simon Kenton Lady Pioneers
Record: 6-0
Last week: 8
Analysis: Simon Kenton won the Billy Hicks Classic in convincing fashion and have an average margin of victory of 23.5 points. The Lady Pioneers could take an undefeated record into 2026.
This week: vs. Campbell County (Dec. 18), vs. Butler at Frederick Douglass (Dec. 21), vs. Madison Southern at Frederick Douglass (Dec. 22)
7. Milford Eagles
Record: 5-1
Last week: 6
Analysis: Watch out for the Chadwell sisters every time the Eagles take the court. Gabby and Mikayla are combining for 20.7 points, 8.8 assists and 7.7 steals per game. Junior transfer Kylie Perone is also contributing 13 points and seven rebounds per game.
This week: vs. Lebanon (Dec. 18), vs. Winton Woods (Dec. 22)
6. Mason Comets
Record: 4-1
Last week: 5
Analysis: Mason had four players score in double digits in a win over Colerain, its most balanced scoring effort to date. Freshman Clara Anderson has turned into a valuable rotation piece, averaging 9.2 points and 3.2 rebounds.
This week: at Oak Hills (Dec. 17), at Sycamore (Dec. 19)
5. Princeton Vikings
Record: 3-1
Last week: 7
Analysis: The Vikings' defense has stepped up significantly as they've allowed an average of 27 points in their last two wins. In both of those games, their opponent shot less than 30 percent from the field and failed to make a 3-pointer.
This week: vs. Middletown (Dec. 19)
4. Cooper Jaguars
Record: 2-1
Last week: 4
Analysis: With 10 days since their last game, the Lady Jaguars should be well-rested for an end-of-month schedule that includes a road tilt against Notre Dame and two tournaments (Queen of the Commonwealth, Joe Lay and Sons Christmas Classic).
This week: vs. Hopkins County Central at Mt. Washington (Dec. 19), vs. TBA at Queen of the Commonwealth (Dec. 20), vs. TBA at QOC (Dec. 21), vs. TBA at QOC (Dec. 22)
3. Walnut Hills Eagles
Record: 4-1
Last week: 3
Analysis: The Eagles rebounded from a close loss to Walnut Hills with a 55-32 win over Kings in which they shot 46.5 percent from the field and 62.5 percent from 3-point range. It's only the second time they've shot better than 40 percent from beyond the arc, but they've been at their best when they pass up a good shot for a great shot.
This week: vs. Anderson (Dec. 18), at West Clermont (Dec. 22)
2. West Clermont Wolves
Record: 6-0
Last week: 2
Analysis: The Wolves are looking more and more dominant with each game. Bella Swisshelm leads all players with 23.8 points, 7.8 rebounds and 4.2 steals, and is one of five players averaging more than two assists per game.
This week: at Kings (Dec. 18), vs. Walnut Hills (Dec. 22)
1. Winton Woods Warriors
Record: 7-0
Last week: 1
Analysis: The Warriors have held their opponents to less than 10 points in seven of the last eight quarters of play. They have also allowed just seven opposing players to score in double figures.
