How does Lennart Karl manage being a Bayern Munich rising star and schoolwork simultaneously?

The stairs of learning for the FC Bayern star…

Lennart Karl is having an incredible breakthrough season for Bayern Munich and Germany at the tender age of 17-years-old. That means that he has to juggle his professional career with his academic journey which is yet to be finished. The player himself said that he spends more time learning at the club’s facilities rather than inside the classroom.

“Because of training and matches, I can rarely really be at school. So I have to work hard and catch up on or review schoolwork so I’m well-prepared for the exams,” Karl explained in an interview with the DFB (via @iMiaSanMia). “I have an hour of tutoring twice a week at Säbener Straße, where I talk to my teachers. During this international break, for example, I also have to retake an exam here – I’ll manage it somehow [laughs].”

This is similar to how some younger actors balance academics and their profession. Either way, it’s nice to see that education is not being forsaken.
