Ghanaian Striker Afriyie Moves From Al Qadsiah to Belgian Pro League
Ghanaian striker Jerry Afriyie's completed season long loan move from Saudi Arabian club Al Qadsiah to RAAL La Louviere in the Belgian Pro League.
The 23 year old forward's expected to bring pace & clinical finishing to his new team which aims for strong campaign in Belgium’s top flight.
Opportunity in Europe
Afriyie struggled for regular minutes at Al Qadsiah last season making the loan key step to gain consistent playing time & further develop his career.
La Louvière officials expressed optimism that his attacking instincts will bolster their frontline.

Afriyie's also been named in Ghana’s squad for the 2026 World cup qualifiers against Chad & Mali in September.
The striker made immediate impression for the Black Stars scoring on his debut in Africa cup of Nations qualifiers against Niger in Nov 2024.

The Black Stars'll report to camp on 1 Sep traveling to Chad for the first match on 4 September before hosting Mali in Accra on 8 Sep.
Afriyie's yet to make his debut for La Louviere but is expected to join the squad immediately for upcoming league fixtures.
