Baltimore Ravens defensive back Jalyn Armour-Davis finished the 2025 NFL Preseason will an impressive statline.
Baltimore Ravens defensive back Jalyn Armour-Davis has a birthday coming up on Sept 3. What better gift could the 25-year old think to receive than to have general manager Eric DeCosta sign him to the 53-man roster this upcoming week.
The Ravens roster is completely loaded with talent and the aura within the franchise seems to be deeply resonating even throughout the NFL preseason. Defensive coordinator Zach Orr has been brilliant, and his reserves allowed opponents just 10.6 points per game through three exhibition contest. Armour-Davis led the entire NFL in pass deflections through the preseason so his involvement in Orr’s collective defensive shutdown was evident. In a defensive back room full of exceptional talent, Armour-Davis will only continue to improve gaining both cerebral wisdom and intuitiveness.
With teammates Jaire Alexander, Nate Wiggins, Kyle Hamilton, and Marlon Humphrey all working in tandem with Orr to upkeep morale and execute in the secondary of the defense, Armour-Davis is in good company. While teammaye T.J Tampa did enter the preseason with high-acclaim, Armour-Davis has shown himself to be the best defensive back fit to play as No. 4 on the team depth chart.
Hopefully, and likely, DeCosta will make sure that Armour-Davis makes the 53-man roster. Armour-Davis also tallied in an interception in preseason as well.
