The Buffalo Bills are gearing up to put a bow on the 2025 preseason, which then begins the two-week countdown to Week 1 where they will host the Baltimore Ravens.

While the Bills have spent this offseason handing out extensions to home-grown stars, and totaling over $1 billion in money spent, there is one more move they could make that could get them over the top and help them win a Super Bowl.

The Dallas Cowboys and edge rusher Micah Parsons have been in a contract dispute all offseason. The Penn State product has stayed quiet for the most part and has been holding in throughout training camp. However, he has made it known that he wants traded out of Dallas in a long X post with the caption "Thank you Dallas." In the post, Parsons detailed that Jerry Jones and the rest of the Cowboys' front office have refused to do business with his agent and concluded with him revealing that he has requested a trade away from the Cowboys. Parsons was once again active on X, removing all things Cowboys-related from his bio and posting a photo of a verse from the book of Micah in the Bible.

"Micah 7:8. Even if I fall, I will rise. The Lord is my light."

With each passing day, it feels as if Parsons' days in Dallas could truly be over, which is why Brandon Beane and the Bills need to strike before they get beaten to the punch. For starters, the Cowboys could feel more inclined to trade Parsons to an AFC team, as they wouldn't have to play him in the postseason. Plus, Beane has hinted that for the right player, he would get aggressive to make a trade.

“Anything that’s right, that can help our team, yes," Beane said at the NFL Combine. "Yes. I would not flinch. I say this on the golf course — I’m a lot of things, but scared ain’t of them."

Parsons certainly fills that need for the Bills. If he is able to be acquired, Beane and the Bills need to pounce.
