Chicago Sky Coach Addresses Potential Angel Reese Decision on Monday

Big decision on Angel Reese.

The Chicago Sky have been missing arguably their best player for quite some time.

Angel Reese has been sidelined for much of the second half of the WNBA season, dealing with a back injury.

On Monday, Reese practiced with the team after missing seven straight games for Chicago.

When asked about a potential return for Reese in the Sky's next matchup against the Seattle Storm, Marsh updated everyone on the WNBA star.

"She fit right in, looks like she hadn't missed any time off," Marsh said. "The chemistry is still there with her teammates. She's picked up on the stuff that we're doing with the game plan going into tomorrow. We'll continue to see how she feels tomorrow at the shoot around.

Another reporter followed his response with a question, "Okay, so it's possible?"

"It's possible," Marsh said when referring to a potential return for Reese against the Seattle Storm.

The Chicago Sky have struggled under Tyler Marsh.

He's currently in his first season as the head coach of the WNBA team and while Chicago has dealt with injuries and absences from players like Angel Reese, it's been a relatively disappointing year for Marsh.

Chicago sits at 8-25 in the standings, ranked as the No. 12 team in the WNBA.

Throughout her second season in the WNBA, Angel Reese has posted 14.2 points, 12.6 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game for the Chicago Sky.
