Leeds and Everton kick off at Elland Road

Premier League football is back at Elland Road as we get underway. 

The moment of silence for Diogo Jota and André Silva is met with some applause before being impeccably observed. 

We're just over five minutes away from kick-off, and the atmosphere is building at Elland Road. 

Everton's biggest pick up this summer, Jack Grealish, is involved but starts on the bench having not played with his parent club Manchester City over the summer months. 

However, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall does make his debut in midfield. 

Leeds have made eight signings to date in the window, but the most high-profile of them, Dominic Calvert-Lewin, is not involved. 

It's a real shame as the narrative of a debut against the club he just left would have added even more to the occasion. 

The game marks the hosts' return to the top-flight after a two-year absence, and is the latest in a classic fixture between two of English football's most storied clubs.
