Real Madrid have published their squad list for Tuesday’s season opener against Osasuna in LaLiga, which will mark Xabi Alonso’s debut as the coach.
REAL MADRID SQUAD:

Defenders: Carvajal, Militão, Alaba, Trent, Asencio, Á. Carreras, Fran García and Huijsen.
Midfielders: Valverde, Tchouameni, Arda Güler, Ceballos and Thiago.
Forwards: Vini Jr., Mbappé, Rodrygo, Gonzalo, Brahim and Mastantuono.
Antonio Rüdiger will miss this game with the suspension he picked up late in the 2024-25 season, so it’s clear that Militao will start alongside Huijsen in the center of the defensive line. Valverde is available after missing the friendly against Tirol and he will be expected to start.
