As Chelsea fans, we all love a good opportunity to laugh at and mock London rivals Tottenham, and we had the perfect opportunity to do so last night.
Tottenham were 2-0 up last night against PSG but ended up conceding two late goals to draw the game in normal time, sending it through to a penalty shootout which PSG went on to win in the Super Cup final.
Chelsea remain the only London club to win this trophy after that result but that wasn’t what the admin team chose to mock Spurs about.

Right after Spurs lost to PSG last night, Chelsea posted on X. They said:
‘#OnThisDay exactly one month ago, Chelsea beat PSG in the Club World Cup final! 🔵🏆’
It was with an image of Chelsea lifting the Club World Cup trophy after beating PSG, the team that Spurs had just lost to moments before.
What a genius bit of social media content creating this was from the admin team at Chelsea and why not make the most of this opportunity, right?

Blues midfielder Enzo Fernandez shared the post on his Instagram account, adding more salt into the Spurs wounds!
Fernandez is known to be a bit of a wind up and like Chelsea, would have known exactly what he was doing with this. Hilarious stuff!
