Cameron Holmes, JRob Croy Announce Gonzaga Official Visit Dates

A total of eight recruits from the 2026 class will be in Spokane in the coming months.

Millennium’s Cameron Holmes shoots a field goal as the Tigers took on the Central Bulldogs in a consolation semifinal game of the Bass Pro Tournament of Champions at Great Southern Bank Arena on Friday, Jan. 17, 2025.

The end of summer and beginning of fall will be a busy time for Gonzaga’s coaching staff, trying to impress more than a handful of 2026 recruits that Spokane should be their next home.

Four-star 6-6 forward Cameron Holmes from Millennium in Goodyear, Arizona, will be in town on November 7th for the Oklahoma matchup at the Spokane Arena, another school that is heavily recruiting him. It was first reported that he would be on campus for the Creighton matchup at the McCarthey Athletic Center on November 11th, but that quickly changed.

Here are the other trips that the effective scorer from all three levels will be making across the country:

Illinois – September 12th

North Carolina – September 19th

Oklahoma – October 3rd

Texas – October 31st

Arizona – December 5th

Holmes ranks as the No. 54 overall prospect in the nation.

As for the three-star 6-5 combo guard JRob Croy from Polytechnic in Riverside, California, it’s a battle between two of the premier college basketball programs out here on the West Coast. No one from Spokane wants to lose a recruit to coach Randy Bennett in Moraga, but Saint Mary’s will give their pitch to him on August 21st. Coach Mark Few and the Zags will have their shot with the No. 137-ranked overall prospect on September 12th.

Croy also recently visited Stanford down in Palo Alto on July 29th.

Here are the six other 2026 targets that have announced an official visit to Gonzaga:

Four-star 6-8 forward Ethan Harris: August 29th (No. 49 recruit from Camas, Washington)

Four-star 6-11 center Sam Funches: Kraziness in the Kennel on October 4th (No. 41 recruit from Germantown, Mississippi)

Four-star 6-5 forward Herly Brutus: Kraziness in the Kennel on October 4th (No. 81 recruit from Villages Charter, Florida)

Four-star 6-5 wing Luca Foster: October 11th (No. 45 recruit from Link Academy, Utah)

Five-star forward Tyran Stokes from Notre Dame in Sherman Oaks, California, and five-star forward Baba Oladotun from James Hubert Blake in Cloverly, Maryland, are the prize talents that the Zags are looking at the most. No official dates have been announced for those two, except that Oldatun will be in Spokane sometime in October. The No. 1 player and the No. 13 player in the entire class, respectively, are keeping it a mystery on when they’ll actually be in the Liliac City.

All rankings are according to Rivals.
