After a successful season-long loan at Spezia Calcio, Rachid Kouda is set to stay put. Still under contract with Parma until June 2028, the Italian-Burkinabe midfielder will embark on a second consecutive loan spell with the Serie B club.
With 3 goals and 3 assists in 17 Serie B appearances, the Cantù-born player has convinced the Black and Whites’ management to keep him for another season.
Before joining Parma, the Burkinabe midfielder made his debut at Caratese. He spent a season on loan with Cagliari U19 before signing for Picerno. The 23-year-old has spent the bulk of his career at Spezia, a club competing in Italy’s second division.
Spezia will take on Sampdoria on Monday, August 18, 2025, in the first round of the Coppa Italia. Their Serie B campaign kicks off against Carrarese Calcio 1908 on Sunday, August 24, 2025.
