Jerry Jones is not clear where he stands with Micah Parsons at the moment.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has said he does not believe that linebacker Micah Parsons will be available to start in the Cowboys' opener against the Philadelphia Eagles.
"No, absolutely not," Jones said after Tuesday's joint practice with the Los Angeles Rams, according to ESPN. "A big part of that is his decision. How would I know that?"
Since Parsons announced he wanted a trade, there has been little to no movement from either side.
Jones all but dismissed the request, saying he believed all of this was just part of negotiations. But when asked how important it was for them to sign Parsons right away, he replied, “Urgent.”
Parsons had been at camp but not participating in team drills.
Jones' negotiating tactic has always been questioned, but until this point, it has worked. It worked with Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and DaMarcus Lawrence.
But this is different. This has become personal for Parsons due to the way he has been spoken about and treated by both Jerry and Stephen Jones.
Jones indicated he thought a deal had been made back in March and that Parsons was going to make over $200 million when all was said and done.
It seems as if both parties are waiting for the other to make a move.
When asked if Parsons had reached out to him yet, Jones made it clear he feels like he should.
"Y'all are getting what's in the mind or what's in the said. This is a good time. He's subject matter. What it is is what it is. We'll work through it, or we will not work through it."
It sounds like the ball is indeed in Parsons's hands if he wants to continue to play for the Cowboys in the future.
