Cojoe, a third-year sophomore from Mansfield Timberview, was in competition to be the Longhorns’ starter at right tackle.

Cojoe played games against Colorado State, UTSA, ULM, and Florida in 2024.

With Cojoe likely out for 2025, true freshman Nick Brooks becomes even more important to the Longhorns’ efforts. He steps in as Texas’ likely third or fourth offensive tackle behind left tackle Trevor Goosby, right tackle Brandon Baker, and offensive tackle Jaydon Chatman.

Cojoe was ranked as the No. 732 overall prospect, the No. 70 interior offensive lineman, and the No. 118 player in Texas in the 2023 Rivals Industry Ranking. On3 ranked Cojoe as the No. 110 interior offensive lineman and the No. 207 player in Texas.
