Are you passionate about high school sports in North Carolina? Do you have a love for storytelling, stats, media, or just being where the action happens on Friday nights?

NCPreps.com, North Carolina’s premier high school sports platform, is looking for interns of all ages, experience levels, and from all parts of the state to join our growing team. Whether you’re a student, aspiring sports journalist, graphic designer, videographer, or simply someone who loves high school sports—we want to work with you.

Don’t think you can’t help just because you don’t have media experience. If you’re dependable, excited about sports, and want to be involved, we’ll find a role that fits you.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re building a team of motivated individuals who can contribute in one or more of the following areas:

• Game Reporters – Attend games in your area and file short recaps or stats
• Writers – Help with feature stories, rankings, previews, and player spotlights
• Videographers – Capture in-game highlights or postgame interviews
• Graphic Designers – Create social media graphics, rankings, and promotional content
• Research Assistants – Assist with statewide stat tracking, rosters, rankings, and recruiting data

We Need Interns in Every Region

Whether you’re in the mountains, the coast, the Sandhills, the Triangle, or a small-town community in between—we want local voices covering local athletes. You don’t need to be in a big metro area to make a big impact.

What You’ll Get:

• Official NCPreps.com credentials for field or sideline access
• Your work published and promoted on a statewide platform
• Experience covering high school sports at a professional level
• Mentorship from experienced sportswriters and editors
• The opportunity to grow within the On3 sports media network
