OGC Nice are not opposed to selling Hicham Boudaoui (25) this summer, L’Équipe understands. A previous report from the publication indicated, however, that Nice are demanding a considerable fee for the Algerian midfielder.
Boudaoui was a guaranteed starter for Le Gym in Franck Haise’s debut season. Their could be plenty of movement in Nice’s midfield this summer. Pablo Rosario will be allowed to leave, and Tanguy Ndombélé, while expected to stay, will miss the start of the season having undergone surgery on a sports hernia issue that has been dogging him since the end of 2024.
Nice closed to Bard and Cho deals
Boudaoui could also leave, however, not for any price. L’Équipe reported at the start of July that a Bundesliga side made an enquiry and were told that he would cost €30m. It remains to be seen whether clubs will be put off by that valuation, however, Nice are open to a sale, at the right price.
However, the club are not open to selling Melvin Bard or Mohamed Ali-Cho. Haise wants to rely on the duo for the upcoming season.
