Jacob Misiorowski is the latest Brewers player to be hit with bad injury news

WASHINGTON — Three days, three injuries for the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Brewers placed right-hander Jacob Misiorowski on the 15-day injured list with a left tibia contusion ahead of their Aug. 3 game at Nationals Park.

Misiorowski was struck in the shin with a line drive in the first inning of his most recent start on July 28 against the Chicago Cubs, but stayed in the game and pitched four innings.

Misiorowski's fellow rookie Logan Henderson was called up from Class AAA Nashville.

More information will be available later in the morning of Aug. 3 as Misiorowski and manager Pat Murphy address the media.

This is a developing story.

Jacob Misiorowski (32) pitches to the Chicago Cubs at American Family Field in Milwaukee on the evening of July 28, 2025.
