Nigerian star Ademola Lookman's triggered transfer speculation after scrubbing all mentions of Atalanta from his social media profiles following the club’s rejection of major offer from Inter Milan.

Inter’s Bid Rejected

According to reports, Inter Milan submitted 42 million euro bid with additional 3 million euro in add ons earlier this week.

However Atalanta officially turned down the offer on Friday signaling no intention to part ways with the forward at least not at that price.

Lookman’s Reaction: Silent but Loud

As reported by Football Italia, Lookman responded to the rejection by removing all Atalanta related content from his Instagram and X accounts including profile pictures where he wore the club’s jersey.

His profiles now simply read: "Nigerian Footballer" fueling rumors that the 26 year old is deeply frustrated by the club’s stance.
