The Indiana Fever continued their late‑season surge on Sunday by handing the host Chicago Sky a 93‑78 defeat.

Without Caitlin Clark (groin), the Fever leaned on All-Stars Kelsey Mitchell and Aliyah Boston to close out Chicago for the third time this season.

Mitchell delivered a season‑high performance, drilling seven 3‑pointers, six assists and pouring in 35 points to eclipse the century mark for career 20‑point games (100) and notch her ninth career 30‑point outing.

She also picked up three steals in the win, now holding 202 in her WNBA career.

In the same contest, Boston filled the stat sheet with 14 points, 11 rebounds and six assists, marking her third straight double‑double.

After the game, Boston reshared Mitchell’s stat line and celebrated with, "And that’s that 🤌🏾 hell yeahhhhhh."

Selected No. 2 overall in the 2018 WNBA Draft out of Ohio State, Mitchell has steadily climbed the Fever’s record books.

She’s a three‑time WNBA All‑Star (2023-2025), earned All‑Rookie Team honors in 2018 and off the court, was recognized with the Dawn Staley Community Leadership Award in 2023 and won the Dawn Staley Award for collegiate leadership in 2018.

Following Sunday's contest, Mitchell remains second in franchise history in total points (4,448) and minutes played (7,894), while holding the spot as the Fever's all-time long-range shooter (620 in career 3-pointers made).

Sunday’s win not only cements Indiana’s 3-0 season series sweep over Chicago but also carries playoff‑seed implications.

As the Fever close the first half of the season, they’ve demonstrated resilience in the absence of Clark, now holding down the third spot in the Eastern Conference at 14-12, just two games back of the Atlanta Dream (14-10).

If Indiana can maintain this level of play, they’ll be well‑positioned to return to the postseason for the second straight year.
