But during Sunday's Fever–Sky game, Clark gave fans something a little extra to smile about. While posted up on the sidelines with Lexie Hull and Sydney Colson, she broke out a familiar celebration, one made famous by Shedeur Sanders himself, and the moment quickly lit up social media. Let’s just say, even off the court, Clark knows how to make headlines.

On the sidelines Clark pulled off Shedeur Sanders’ signature “watch flex” celebration but with a twist. Instead of flashing an iced-out luxury timepiece like Sanders, Clark held up her wrist to show off her sleek new WHOOP band inspired by Sanders.

So what is the story behind Sanders flexing his watch? Well, before Shedeur Sanders made it to the NFL and landed with the Cleveland Browns, he was already turning heads in college with the Colorado Buffaloes and not just for his play on the field. And it wasn’t just any watch. Back in college, Sanders rocked a $70,000 Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, customized with over 30 carats of diamonds by a Florida jeweler. The flashy flex became a viral statement usually pulled out when Sanders felt disrespected, like after Colorado’s double-OT win over the rival Colorado State Rams. 

It even sparked debates across sports about whether it was cocky, cool or just pure marketing gold. His dad, Deion Sanders, joked they needed to cash in on the moment and let’s be real, it worked. Shedeur Sanders wasn’t just making plays; he was building a brand.
