This isn't normal.
Travis Hunter isn't normal, in the same way that Shohei Ohtani isn't normal.
Humans aren't supposed to be so talented at two different skills to the point that they can play two different professional sports positions at the highest level of their crafts.
That's what Hunter did in college at Colorado, where he won the Heisman Trophy. And it's what he's attempting to do with the Jacksonville Jaguars after being the No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft.
One post on X, from reporter Jamal St. Cyr, really captured the absurdity of it all Sunday morning:

Trevor Lawrence to Brian Thomas

Something about the pacing of those short sentences really drives home the point that, oh, this was Hunter doing the defending.
Hunter is the Jags' best receiver aside from Thomas, but on this day at training camp practice, he got to cover Thomas, and he won that battle.
Tomorrow, the post may say Hunter caught a touchdown from Lawrence.
He can do it all, and it really isn't normal, in the best way.
