Defensive end Shemar Stewart did not reach agreement on a contract with the Bengals before the rookie report date.
Cincinnati Bengals rookie defensive end Shemar Stewart practiced with the team for the first time since reaching an agreement with the team on a rookie contract July 25.
Stewart was the Bengals' first-round pick in the 2025 NFL draft, 17th overall. He did not agree to his rookie deal with the Bengals before the rookie report date.
Stewart, who played three seasons for the Texas A&M Aggies, turns 22 years old in November. Stewart had 4.5 sacks over three college seasons.
