Despite not being superstars on the basketball court, there’s no denying that Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull are two of the most important players on the Indiana Fever’s roster this season. It’s also true that these two will play a crucial role for Indiana and their quest for a championship.

Cunningham and Hull have formed quite a bond off the court as well, even though they’ve only been teammates for a few months. Cunningham joined the Fever as an offseason recruit, and since then, she’s gotten close to her teammates. Hull, in particular, is someone Cunningham considers as her “bestie” on the squad.

These two have been supporting each other both on and off the basketball court. The most recent manifestation of the same is Cunningham’s comment on Hull’s Instagram post on Wednesday.

“live look into my camera roll 📷🤳🖤 @revolve #revolvepartner” Hull posted, promoting her partnership with online clothes shopping website Revolve.

Cunningham did not let the post pass without having something to say to her Fever bestie.

“yasssss to our little queen 😍😍” Cunningham commented.

Hull recently took part in the WNBA All-Star 3-Point Contest as a replacement for Caitlin Clark, who was forced to pull out of the competition due to a groin injury.

On the season, Hull is averaging 7.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.3 triples in 27.1 minutes per game.

Cunningham, on the other hand, has also been a pivotal piece for Indiana in her first season with the squad. Apart from the leadership and the experience she brings to the table, the 6-foot-1 guard has also produced 7.3 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.5 triples per game.

Cunningham has also been on a heater of late, scoring in double digits in five straight contests. She's also started the last two games for the Fever with Clark out of commission.
