Paris Saint-Germain will be without Joao Neves when they look to get back on track, against Lille OSC, this evening.
The Portugal international is suffering from minor muscle discomfort, Luis Enrique confirmed ahead of tonight’s game. He joins Quentin Ndjantou, Lee Kang-in, and Matvey Safonov on the sidelines for PSG. All are nearing their returns to the first team.
One player is already back – Lucas Hernandez. The France international missed the defeat against Paris FC in the week through illness. Les Parisiens are not expected to spring any surprises, with Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembélé, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia all starting in attack.
Désiré Doué is expected to drop into midfield, due to Neves’ injury and the fact that Warren Zaire-Emery continues to cover at right-back for Achraf Hakimi, who remains at the AFCON.
PSG likely line-up v Lille
Lucas Chevalier; Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Marquinhos, Warren Zaire-Emery; Fabián Ruiz, Vitinha, Désiré Doué; Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembélé, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. (L’Éq)
