Justin Burke has joined the Kentucky football staff as the tight ends coach, reuniting with Head Coach Will Stein after their time together at UTSA.
Former UTSA offensive coordinator Justin Burke is joining Kentucky’s staff as the tight ends coach.
“I’m very excited to be at Kentucky and to join Will Stein’s staff,” Burke said. “Will and I have shared a long journey together at multiple stops, and the opportunity to help him build Kentucky football back into a championship-level program is truly special.”
Burke spent the last three years as the OC and play caller for the Roadrunners. Helping them finish No. 14 nationally in scoring offense this past season.
The Lexington native and former Louisville Cardinals quarterback was the early pick to call plays for the Wildcats in 2026, but new UK football Head Coach Will Stein hired former LSU OC Joe Sloan for that position instead.
