Goalkeeper:

Diant Ramaj, 1. FC Heidenheim

Heidenheim conceded two goals against Köln, but it could have been much worse if it wasn't for Ramaj, who made six saves throughout the match.

Defenders:

Joe Scally, Borussia Mönchengladbach

The US international delivered an energetic performance on the right flank in Gladbach's 4-0 win over Augsburg. He scored a goal, delivered a key pass and won six duels.

Eric Martel, 1. FC Köln

Martel impressed both defensively and offensively, scoring a goal, providing two key passes and winning an impressive ten duels.

Kevin Diks, Borussia Mönchengladbach

A rock-solid performance from the Gladbach centre-back, who completed 91% of his passes, won three duels and stepped up to convert a penalty.

Alessio Castro-Montes, 1. FC Köln

Having made the most of Köln’s winter break, Castro-Montes earned a start against Heidenheim and delivered, registering two assists.

Midfielders:

Felix Nmecha, Borussia Dortmund

Michael Olise, FC Bayern

Simply unstoppable in Bayern’s 8-1 demolition of Wolfsburg, Olise scored twice and provided two assists.

Leweling grabbed both of his first-half goals in clinical fashion, setting Stuttgart on course for a 4-1 win over Bayer Leverkusen.
