EMPORIA (KSNT)- The Hornets get its general back.
Emporia State linebacker Landon Boss announced that he’ll return to the Hornets for his senior year of college football.
The Osage City native had a standout year for the Hornets. He was named a first team All-MIAA linebacker, named the Defensive Player of the Year for the Hornets, and earned All-American status.
Boss recorded 101 tackles, including 10 sacks, on the year. He also recorded two interceptions and had a defensive touchdown.
He could’ve transferred to a Division I program after the amazing year, but he is choosing ‘family over everything.’
