Report: Bayern Munich eyeing 19-year-old Brazilian striker

FC Bayern has its eyes on a young striker.

According to a report from UOL Esporte (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich is kicking the tires on 19-year-old Brazilian striker Rayan:

Bayern have been monitoring Vasco forward Rayan (19) and have recently intensified contact with his representatives. Vasco are aware of Bayern’s interest and are awaiting an offer. Bayern have received the green light from Rayan’s camp. The player wants to move to Europe – and Bayern is a club that he would like to join. Vasco are demanding around €50m for Rayan, but would be open to negotiations for slightly under €45m.

Fabrizio Romano (via @iMiaSanMia) confirmed the report as well.

“I can confirm the Brazilian reports on Rayan. The 19 year-old Brazilian is on Bayern’s shortlist. He’s one of the players the club has been scouting and monitoring. At the moment there’s still no official bid or negotiations, but there’s been some initial contact to understand the player’s situation,” Romano said.
