The New York Jets played one of the worst games in the history of this wretched franchise yesterday when they lost to the New England Patriots, 42 – 10. The Patriots scored a touchdown on each of their first six drives. The Jets looked like they had already checked out on the season. Fortunately for Jets fans they will actually check out next Sunday after they play the Buffalo Bills.
This season has been worse than the Kotite years. At least those teams had talent that was hidden by a historically inept head coach. This team is talentless with a historically inept head coach. A good couple of drafts the next two years and a good head coach hire could turn things around quickly, but with Woody Johnson running the show, who believes that will happen?
